Coming from an editorial background, it's been wonderful to see Google evolve. Gone are the days where you 'wrote for Google', with the emphasis now back in writing for the user, for the human. Of course, with that comes a whole host of other tasks that must be undertaken if you're to make your content appear at the top of a search results page - it covers everything from page speed, on-site SEO signposting and snippets, to a clear site structure, excellent content, and backlinks from highly ranked sites.
I've created content for numerous sites, project managed the rebuild of many, and optimised the user journey to increase conversions on multi-million-pound ecommerce sites.
